Lance has built his career around a lifelong interest in mechanical systems and problem-solving. He attended SAIT initially enrolled in the Mechanical Engineering Technologist program before transitioning into the Building Mechanical Systems Technologist Program, graduating in 2000. Originally planning to pursue a journeyman path in the field, Lance instead stepped outside his comfort zone when he was offered a technical sales role upon graduation. That opportunity sparked a passion for working directly with clients and developing creative, practical solutions to complex challenges. Over the past two decades, his career has taken him through a wide range of large-scale and technically demanding projects.

As Project Director, Lance enjoys partnering with clients to help solve problems and achieve successful outcomes. He approaches every project with a balance of technical insight, collaboration, and a focus on delivering long-term results. Driven by the belief that industries and client needs are constantly evolving, Lance is always dedicated to finding better ways to move projects, teams, and solutions forward.
