Randy began his career with a big 4 accounting firm, where he completed his CA exams and transitioned into consulting and advisory work. His focus was on solving problems and driving efficiencies, always with a people-centric approach. Randy believes that people are the most important assets within any organization, and he brings this belief into his role as CFO.
