100 hp EMD Stabilizer Overhead Compressor

Startec designed a two-stage non-intercooled electric motor-driven reciprocating compressor package operating at 1,200 rpm to ensure the reliable operation of the unit and reduced maintenance.
Description of Equipment Provided:
- (1) Ariel JGN/2 reciprocating compressor; two-throw two-stage, rated 252 hp at 1,500 rpm with 3.5” stroke, 1.125” piston rod diameter, 18,000 lbs combined rod load, comes with:
- (1) 6-1/2 M-Class double-acting cylinder with 6.500” bore, rated at 275 PSIG MAWP @ 350F c/w VVCP;
- (1) 5-1/8 M-Class double-acting cylinder with 4.750” bore, rated at 500 PSIG MAWP @350F c/w VVCP;
- (1) TECO Westinghouse 460V/3Ph/60Hz 100 hp @ 1,200 rpm Nominal TEFC VFD Capable (2:1 turndown, CT) squirrel-cage induction motor;
- (1) Vertical Carbon Steel Suction Scrubber 12-3/4” OD x 60” seam to seam, comes with 304L SS mesh pad rated at 250 PSIG MAWP @ -20F/200F, designed for two-stage separation;
- (1) Air-X-Changers model 32EH forced draft horizontal coil cooler c/w auto louvers;
- (1) Spartan Controls REMVue-500 PLC;
- (1) Self-framing building with unit heater and explosion-proof exhaust fans
